Daily Workouts
Consistency is the key to reaching any goal! You can keep on track with Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer’s personalised daily workouts. Your instructor will adjust exercise intensity and duration depending on how well you’ve slept and how you’re performing.
Short on time? You can jump directly into a Quick Workout from the title screen and stay on top of your goals!
Stretching
If you’re looking to improve your flexibility and range of motion, look no further than stretching! You can choose Light Stretching if you want something quick and easy, Thorough if you want to give your muscles a good stretch or Dynamic if you want to engage in big, rhythmic movements.
Mitt Drills
Punch up your workouts with Mitt Drills! In this mode, you can throw a variety of punches against your instructor of choice’s gloves – jabs, uppercuts, hooks and more! Finish by throwing as many punches as you can.
Sit Fit Boxing
Some days you need to take things a bit easier. Sit Fit Boxing is a less intensive mode which will still get your heart pumping, but without the need to leave your seat.
Move together
What better way to stay motivated and on track than to work out together? With the new local two-player mode you can do exactly that! Share one set of Joy-Con controllers by taking a Joy-Con each, or use two pairs and go all out!
