What to do
To cancel your pre-order, you need access to the Nintendo Account that placed the pre-order and access to either a Nintendo Switch system or an internet browser on a computer or smart device.
What will you use to cancel your pre-order?
From the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu, open Nintendo eShop and select the user that placed the pre-order.
Select your user icon in the upper-right corner to access your Account Information.
Scroll down to Your Pre-Orders to view the pre-orders you have placed.
Select Cancel next to the pre-ordered game you wish to cancel.

Visit accounts.nintendo.com and log in with the Nintendo Account that placed the pre-order.
Select Purchase History.
Select View pre-orders in the "Pre-orders" section.
Select Cancel next to the pre-ordered game you wish to cancel.
