How to View Your Nintendo Switch Online Status

Instructions on finding your current Nintendo Switch Online membership plan and expiry date.

Important

Any changes to your membership type or validity period must be made at least 48 hours prior to your automatic renewal date.

How do you want to check your membership status?

  1. Select Nintendo Switch Online on the HOME Menu.

  2. Select the account you want to use.

  3. Your current membership status, along with various other information about Nintendo Switch Online, will be displayed.

  1. Select the Nintendo eShop icon on the HOME Menu to launch Nintendo eShop.

  2. Select the account you want to use.

  3. Tap your user icon in the upper-right corner to access your Account Information.

  4. Highlight Nintendo Switch Online on the left side of the screen to view your current Nintendo Switch Online membership details and expiry date.

  1. Visit https://accounts.nintendo.com and sign in to your Nintendo Account.

  2. Select Online Services.

  3. Select "View membership options" next to Nintendo Switch Online Membership Status for your current Nintendo Switch Online membership details and expiration date.
