Create a training routine that fits your schedule. Set your workout’s boxing moves, goals, target areas, duration, and more. Choose your intensity, from light stretching to upping the tempo!

Want to work out at your own pace? Train without following the music by throwing punches into your instructor’s gloves in Mitt Drills.
Or work out from your seat in Sit Fit Boxing—great for beginners and anyone who wants to play seated.
Take a break in the Lounge
Track your progress and check daily and weekly missions in the Lounge. Complete missions to earn in-game currency, which you can use to unlock songs, style options to give your trainer a fresh look, and more.
Box with a buddy
Stretch or work out with a friend in 2-Player Mode. Two players can box with either a single Joy-Con™ controller or a set* per person. Stoke your competitive spirit by comparing scores!
