Pikmin Bloom adds new missions and more to celebrate Pikmin 4

Celebrate the launch of the Pikmin™ 4 game for the Nintendo Switch™ system with the Pikmin Bloom app for smart devices! You can get the new Pikmin 4 Spaceship Decor Pikmin in the Pikmin Bloom app by playing and completing the latest event challenge.

Event timing

• Start: July 21 at 12:00 a.m. local time

• End: Aug. 13 at 11:59 p.m. local time

Complete missions, get rewards

Each completed mission will earn you an in-app reward—this could be petals, nectar, gold seedlings, or other valuable in-game items. In addition, you’ll be guaranteed a gold seedling when the big flower in the middle of the stage goes into full bloom! (Please note that you won't be able to progress to the next stage until you've claimed all the rewards.)

The gold seedlings you get from the event challenge will grow into one of the seven types of Pikmin 4 Spaceship Decor Pikmin. These include Red, Yellow, Blue, Purple, White, Winged, or Rock Pikmin. Please be aware that there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to get all seven types.

Increased strength in mushroom battles

During the event, the Pikmin 4 Spaceship Decor Pikmin and Koppaite Space Suit Decor Pikmin will have increased strength against all mushrooms, so they will be an essential addition to your squad!

Their enhanced strength will last until the end of the event. After that, they will have the same strength as the other Decor Pikmin.

Invite friends to get Pikmin 4 Spaceship gold seedlings

You can also get Pikmin 4 Spaceship gold seedlings by inviting friends who have not played Pikmin Bloom to play during the event period! When your friend starts playing the game using your code, you will receive a gold seedling that will grow into a Red, Yellow, Blue, Purple, White, Winged, or Rock Pikmin 4 Spaceship Decor Pikmin.

Get a Pikmin 4 Oatchi-Rider Costume for your Mii™ character

You can get a Pikmin 4 Oatchi-Rider Costume* that your Mii character can wear around in the Pikmin Bloom app. To get it, simply complete the free Pikmin 4 demo** available to download from Nintendo eShop or by playing the full version of the Pikmin 4 game.
