REACH Article 33 substance information

Components and materials used in the manufacture of Nintendo products are sourced from various 3rd party suppliers. Pursuant to Article 33 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), Nintendo is providing the following information obtained from its suppliers to allow for the safe use of its products.

— All product components listed in the table are internal parts. There is no intended release of any of the noted substances under normal conditions of use.

Note:
— "●" notes in the table that the product listed has component(s) which contain substances on the REACH Candidate List for Authorisation in a concentration above 0.1% weight by weight.
— For further information on the substances listed below please access the Candidate List of the European Chemical Agency and filter the list either according to the substance name or the CAS-number.
— Parts containing lead and lead compounds are subject to the exemptions outlined in Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) Annex III.
