  • Official Nintendo Magazine Out Now!

    22/01/2008

It’s exciting times for readers of Official Nintendo Magazine. The new issue is on sale now and the all-new, redesigned website is live! The website has always kept readers up to date with the latest Nintendo news but now it’s bigger and better than ever before.

As part of the redesigned site there is also a brand new forum. Register for the forum now and you can chat to fellow Wii and DS fans on one of the largest Nintendo communities in the world. You’ll also be able to enter exclusive competitions and comment on our news, reviews and many other features.

You can also look out for a new, improved video player showing all the latest Wii and DS games in action, reviews of the week's big game releases, breaking Nintendo news as it happens and daily blogs from the ONM team.

Meanwhile, the magazine continues to deliver the big exclusives and the highlight this issue is undoubtedly Star Wars. Even before Wii launched we were thinking of the possibilities of using the Remote as a lightsaber. Now it's coming to fruition in 2008 with Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and you can read all about it in our six-page feature, packed with exclusive screenshots and fresh info.

Star Wars kicks off a great Coming Soon section featuring more big games you'll be playing this year including Alone In The Dark, Sega Superstars Tennis and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring Of Fates.

In fact, Final Fantasy fans are in for a treat this month as we've also reviewed the brilliant Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings on DS. Other big reviews include Ghost Squad, Medal Of Honor: Heroes 2, NiGHTs and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 for Wii, plus Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker and Ultimate Mortal Kombat on DS.

Elsewhere, you can look back on another great year on ONM in our 2007 retrospective and get in shape for 2008 with our Witness The Fitness feature in which we attempt to get fit using the Wii.

And that's not all. Buy the new issue today and you'll get a free Mario Kart Wallet which includes space for your cash and cards as well as DS games and Wii Memory Cards.

The new issue of Official Nintendo Magazine is on sale across the UK and Ireland now. Visit our website at www.officialnintendomagazine.co.uk.
