Create an account on the Nintendo Account site.

  From the Nintendo Account login page, select "Create a Nintendo Account" and then "For users age 13 and older."

  Enter the required information such as your Nickname, email address, and date of birth, then hit "Submit".

  

  • Nickname

    Please select a Nickname that allows you to easily identify the account owner. This does not need to be your real name. We will never release this information to anyone without your permission.

  • E-mail Address

    We suggest registering your account with an email address that you will continue to use so that you can receive notifications and identity verification codes. If you lose access to the email account that you registered with, you will no longer be able to change the email address associated with your Nintendo Account.

  • Date of Birth

    The date of birth that you enter at the time of account registration cannot be changed later. If the date of birth that you enter is incorrect, some services and features may be unavailable to you. Please double check that this information is correct before entering it.

  A "Verification Code" will be sent to the email address you entered. Please enter the 4-digit Verification Code contained in the email and press "Verify" to finish setting up your Nintendo Account.
