NINTENDO SWITCH 2 EXPERIENCE EVENTS TICKET REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited.

These are the Terms & Conditions to register for the Nintendo Switch 2 Experience events taking place April 4 – 6, in New York, NY, April 11 – 13 in Los Angeles, CA, April 25 – 27 in Dallas, TX (each an “Event”). Tickets to attend an Event will be made available through a drawing (“Drawing”). To receive tickets you must register for an Event session and be selected in the Drawing for that Event session.

Sponsor: Nintendo of America 4600 150th Avenue NE; Redmond, WA 98052 (“Nintendo”)

Eligibility: Registration is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old, are residents of the 50 United States, and have a Nintendo Account. Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, and advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their immediate families and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to register or to receive a ticket.

How to Register: Registration begins on January 17, 2025, at 12:00pm PT and ends on January 26, 2025 at 11:59pm local time for each Event location (“Registration Period”). Limit one registration per person. To register, you must (1) have a Nintendo Account (if you do not have a Nintendo Account you register for one here: https://my.nintendo.com), (2) visit https://nintendo.com/us/nintendo-switch-2-experience, (3) sign into your Nintendo Account, (4) select a venue and session time and (5) complete the registration form. Registrants can register for themselves and up to five additional guests so long as each member of the registration group has a Nintendo Account that is linked to the same Nintendo Account Family group. To register for more than one ticket, the individual registering must list the Nintendo Accounts of the other potential Event attendees that are in their Nintendo Account Family group when registering. If any guest you are registering is under 18 years old (or under the legal age of majority in the player’s jurisdiction of residence) (“Minor”), you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of such Minor(s) and agree to these Terms & Conditions on their behalf. Children ages 6 and under do not need a Ticket to attend the Event and they may attend the Event with their parent or guardian that has received a Ticket for the applicable Event session.

Registering for an Event session does not guarantee that you will receive tickets to attend the Event. Odds of being selected to receive tickets for an Event session depend on number of eligible individuals that are registered for the applicable Event session. Those selected in a Drawing to attend an Event session will be emailed ticket(s) for the applicable Event session in the form of a digital QR Code.

Attendee Selection: On or around January 27, 2025, the Drawing will take place in Redmond, Washington to select Event attendees from all those that registered for the applicable Event session. For Event sessions A, B, C, and D, at least 180 attendees will be selected in the Drawing for each Event session. For Event sessions E, at least 90 attendees will be selected in the Drawing for each Event session.

Following the Registration Period, there will be a waitlist if tickets become available for an Event session. Tickets for those on a waitlist will be distributed on a first-come first-serve basis. If you become eligible to receive a ticket from the waitlist, Nintendo will notify you via email and you will need to claim your ticket within 36 hours of the notification being sent to you.

Maximum one ticket per person. Each ticket permits one individual to attend a specific Event session. Information regarding the date and time your ticket is valid for is listed on the Ticket. See the Attendee Policy below for check-in and other information.

No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) will be permitted for any ticket. Tickets have no cash value and may not be transferred or sold to any other person. Tickets are distributed “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied. TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE EVENT AND ALL FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF TICKETS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TICKET RECIPIENT.

Registrant’s Personal Information: Information collected from US residents is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.nintendo.com/privacy-policy. By registering to attend the Event, you also acknowledge and agree that if you are selected to attend the Event, then as required by applicable law, your personal information may be shared with regulators or as otherwise required by the law, including, without limitation, your legal name, contact information, and address.

Additional Terms: By registering for the Event you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and the Attendee Policy below. These Terms and Conditions will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington, USA and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and is void where prohibited. Nintendo shall not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected registrations and accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an attendee’s registration. Nintendo reserves the right to amend or make changes to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Nintendo with respect to these Terms and Conditions are final and binding in all respects.

Any delay or failure of Nintendo to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, with respect to distribution of the ticket(s), shall be excused to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by an event or occurrence beyond Nintendo’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, actions by governmental authorities, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, inclement weather, pandemic, natural disasters, riots, wars, terrorism, or labor disputes.

NINTENDO SWITCH 2 EXPERIENCE EVENTS ATTENDEE POLICY

The following Nintendo Switch 2 Experience events Attendee Policy (“Policy”) applies to all attendees of Nintendo Switch 2 Experience events 2025 taking place April 4 – 6, 2025 in New York, NY, April 11 – 13 in Los Angeles, CA, and April 25 – 27 in Dallas, TX (each an “Event”).

Event tickets are required to be admitted into the Event and are valid for one Event session. The Event ticket will be in the form of a digital QR Code emailed to you by Nintendo. An Event wristband will be provided upon check-in to the Event and must be worn throughout your attendance at the Event.

Each Event session occurs at a specific time on a specific date. Information regarding which Event session your Event ticket is valid for can be found on your Event ticket. The time listed on your Event ticket is when check-in begins for your session. Please arrive up to 15 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals may not be able to enter the Event at the discretion of Nintendo. After check-in, you may need to wait in a queue prior to the start of your gameplay experience. The expected gameplay experience is about 2 hours and 20 minutes.

All attendees under the legal age of majority in the attendee’s jurisdiction of residence (“Minor”) attending the Event must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has received valid Event ticket for the Event session. Minor’s 7 and older, must have received a valid Event ticket for the same session as their parent or legal guardian. Children ages 6 and under do not need a Nintendo Account or Event ticket to attend the Event and may attend the Event with their parent or guardian who has received a valid Event ticket. Attendees that bring any Minors to the Event represent and warrant that they are the parent or legal guardian of such Minor(s) and agree to this Policy on their behalf.

By attending the Event, you are agreeing to this Policy, the Nintendo of America Community Guidelines (https://www.nintendo.com/code-of-conduct/), and all other terms, conditions, rules and policies that are presented to you at the time of registration, or otherwise communicated to you by Nintendo or the Event venue (collectively, “Event Rules”). This Policy will be governed, construed, and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and is void where prohibited. Nintendo shall not be responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected Event tickets and accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Event. Nintendo reserves the right to amend or make changes to this Policy or to cancel this Event, and the decisions of Nintendo with respect to this Policy are final and binding in all respects.

Event tickets are a revocable license to attend the Event for a specific Event session and your license to attend the Event may be revoked by Nintendo at any time. As a condition of this license, attendees agree to comply with this Policy and other Event Rules. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of this license in Nintendo’s sole discretion without compensation. Nintendo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Event tickets or wristbands.

By entering the Event, attendees give Nintendo, and anyone authorized by Nintendo, irrevocable permission to: photograph and/or record attendees in connection with the attendee’s participation in and attendance at the Event; edit and modify any resulting photographs, recordings or other media or materials (the “Photographs and Recordings”); and use the Photographs and Recordings and attendee’s likeness, persona, voice and statements from the Photographs or Recordings in any manner or media indefinitely in connection with the commercial, promotional, industry and/or internal purposes of Nintendo, its affiliates and promotional partners, without any compensation to the attendee.

By attending the Event, you assume all risks occurring before, during, and after the Event, and release Nintendo, its parent company, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Event or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use Event tickets and wristbands (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), and any claims relating to use of the Photographs and Recordings as authorized herein, whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

Attendees consent to reasonable search of all items carried onto the premises. Attendees must not bring the following items into the Venue: weapons, markers, skateboards, lighters, controlled substances, large containers, gum, stickers, recording devices (excluding cell phones and any recording devices possessed by authorized media), food or beverages, except for bottled water, snacks for young children and medically necessary items. Nintendo reserves the right to limit backpacks, large bags, and similar items.

NO RE-ENTRY INTO THE VENUE WILL BE PERMITTED ONCE YOU ARE ADMITTED.
