Here’s how to play the epilogue to The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC for Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet
Greetings, Trainers! We’ve hope you’ve been enjoying The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero for Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet (and if you haven’t picked up this DLC yet, you can learn more at the link below). However, did you know that there’s a bit of extra content after you complete both Part 1: The Teal Mask and Part 2: The Indigo Disk of the DLC? Yep, it’s true!
You’ll access the content with a special item, so let’s go over the steps right now.
How to access the epilogue
First thing is first: In order to play the epilogue, you’ll need to complete a certain postgame event in your Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet games (we’re being a bit vague to keep it spoiler-free), as well as complete the stories of both Part 1: The Teal Mask and Part 2: The Indigo Disk. If you’ve already accomplished this, you’re good to go!
Step 1: Claim a Mythical Pecha Berry
First, head to the Mystery Gift menu** in your game and select the Internet option.. Next, claim a mysterious (and delightfully fragrant) item called the Mythical Pecha Berry.
Step 2: Head to the land of Kitakami, the area you explored in Part 1: The Teal Mask
Once in Kitakami, stop by Peachy’s in Mossui Town. That alluring aroma of your Mythical Pecha Berry might cause something special to happen. Hmm, wonder what that can be?
And there you have it! A huge thank you to all the fans out there for playing—may your journeys in Paldea always be adventurous and full of Pokémon.

**The Mystery Gift option can be found within the Poké Portal menu option in the X menu after you unlock the feature in the Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game. You will need to connect your Nintendo Switch system to the internet to claim this bonus.
