Meet 14 all-new types of Flower Card 2024 Decor Pikmin

Have you ever played a game of hanafuda (“flower cards”)? A traditional deck contains 48 cards depicting the beauty of nature through the different seasons. During March in the Pikmin™ Bloom app, you will be able to meet seven all-new types of Flower Card 2024 Decor Pikmin, featuring two different cards each. That makes for a total of 14 new Decor Pikmin that can join your squad.

Flower Card event details

This event begins on March 1 at midnight (local time) and ends on March 31 at 11:59 p.m. (local time).

Collect Poetry Slipsto obtain exclusive Mii™ costumes and seedlings

In the actual game of hanafuda, Poetry Slips can be found drawn on flower cards, and can be used to create card combinations that get you points to win a hanafuda game. During the event, you will be able to collect these in-app Poetry Slips* as rewards from clearing Missions** for the Event Challenge, as well as from Mystery Boxes rewarded after destroying Mystery Mushrooms. Collect Poetry Slips to clear dedicated Missions to obtain exclusive in-app Mii costumes as well as Gold Seedlings*** for Red, Yellow and Blue Flower Card 2024 Decor Pikmin (two types each).

(Once the Flower Card Event ends, the Poetry Slips missions will disappear. Please note that the Poetry Slips have no purpose outside of this event.)

Clear Event Challenge missions to obtain seedlings

For every Event Challenge mission that you clear, you’ll be able to obtain rewards at random. These can be Poetry Slips, seedlings**** that grow into any two types of each Purple, White, Winged, or Rock Flower Card 2024 Decor Pikmin, flower petals, or other items. Additionally, when the Big Flower at the center of the stage blooms, you’re guaranteed to receive a Gold Seedling on top of the random rewards.

Destroy Mystery Mushrooms to get Mystery Boxes

During the event, you may encounter Mystery Mushrooms. When you destroy them, you’ll receive Mystery Boxes that contain items such as Poetry Slips and flower petals, among others. Any kind of Flower Card Decor Pikmin are the strongest against these mushrooms, so be sure to send them out!

(Remember that, during the event, all Flower Card Decor Pikmin will be stronger than usual against all Mushrooms.)

Additionally, on weekends beginning March 9, you may encounter Giant Mystery Mushrooms that carry a more rare type of Mystery Box.

Known as “White Day” in Japan and a few surrounding regions, this festivity offers those who received gifts for Valentine’s Day the perfect opportunity to reciprocate and give a present back to those around them.
