Season 15 introduces Perks, the biggest evolution to Overwatch 2’s gameplay yet! Imagine taking your favorite hero’s abilities and cranking them up mid-match, creating new strategies and playstyles on the fly. That’s Perks. You’ll unlock Minor boosts that give you just the edge you need, and Major upgrades that can completely turn the tide of battle.

A new Competitive Year begins

With a rank reset, everyone has a fresh slate to prove their skill and climb the ladder. Earn your bragging rights and show off every hard-fought victory with incredible rewards like Galactic Weapon Skins that bring a cosmic level of style to your arsenal and all-new Weapon Charms that let you flaunt your achievements in a way that’s uniquely yours.

The addition of Perks takes the competitive grind to the next level, creating new strategies and ways to dominate your matches. Whether you’re battling your way to Grandmaster or just testing your skills, this Competitive Year is all about leveling the playing field, refreshing the fun, and making every win feel more rewarding than ever.

New hero emerges

Welcome Freja, the newest addition to the Overwatch 2 roster! A former search and rescue operative turned bounty hunter, Freja brings a new dynamic to the game with her explosive Revdraw Crossbow and unique abilities. You can expect a challenging and rewarding experience, as she requires precision and a steady aim to master.

Freja will join Overwatch 2 in Season 16, but you’ll get a taste of her kit during a free trial weekend later in Season 15.

Get Perked Up!

Get ready for the Perked Up Event, a season-long celebration of the new Perks system. Weekly challenges let you unlock up to 10 Loot Boxes filled with fun cosmetics, and the exclusive Rainy Day Mercy skin is yours to earn as well.

This event is all about keeping the fun alive week after week, giving you reasons to hop back into the fight.

Premium Battle Pass: Locked and loaded with loot

The Season 15 Premium Battle Pass is packed with new content. Leading the charge is the Mythic Pixiu Zenyatta skin, a fully customizable masterpiece inspired by the mythical creature Pixiu and unlockable by earning Mythic Prisms.

And it doesn’t stop there. Rainy Day Kiriko, Bi’an Orisa, Goumang Hanzo, Toxic Venture, and Cyber Enforcer Zarya bring the heat as Legendary skins, while Tianma Lucio adds an Epic touch.
