Nintendo respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask users of Nintendo products and services to do the same. If Nintendo becomes aware of content on Nintendo's websites or within its video game products that it reasonably believes infringes the intellectual property rights of others (e.g. copyrights, design rights and trademarks), it may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, remove or lock any such content. Nintendo may also at its sole discretion limit access to Nintendo products and services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who Nintendo reasonably believes are infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
Notice and Procedure for Notifying Nintendo of Claims of Copyright and other Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe that any material on Nintendo's websites or within its video game products infringes intellectual property rights (e.g. copyrights, design rights and trademarks) which you own or control, you may notify Nintendo by using the contact details indicated below. To help Nintendo assess and process your notification, you should clearly identify the relevant intellectual property right alleged to be infringed.
