Why Did I Receive a "Your Nintendo Account has been deleted" Email?
The information in this article can help you if you receive an email mentioning that you have initiated deletion of your Nintendo Account or a child account or that the Nintendo Account will be permanently deleted on a certain date.

Emails related to Nintendo Account are always sent from no-reply@accounts.nintendo.com. If you haven't already, please add this email address to your address book and safe-sender list to ensure that you receive the appropriate emails.

These emails are sent automatically to remind you that you have chosen to delete your Nintendo Account or the Nintendo Account for a child in your family group.
What to do
Did you intend to delete the Nintendo Account in question?
If you intended to delete the Nintendo Account mentioned in the email, you do not need to do anything further - the Nintendo Account will be deleted on the date listed in the email.
- Note that you may receive further automatic reminder emails as the deletion date approaches.
If you do not want to delete the Nintendo Account, you can reactivate the Nintendo Account if the deletion date mentioned in the email has not yet arrived.
