DLC Is Not Appearing In Game (Super Smash Bros. Ultimate)
Description:
You purchased downloadable content (such as the Fighters Pass or a Challenger Pack) for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate but are unable to see the content.
What to Do:
- Ensure the console has been updated to the latest system version.
Are you using the physical or digital version of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate?
- Remove the game card, then delete the software data (not the save data).
From the software's options menu, select "Data Management" > "Delete Software". - Reinsert the game card and download any available software updates for the game.
- Open Nintendo eShop with the user that was originally used to purchase the DLC. Redownload the DLC that is missing from the game.
Select the picture of your icon in the upper-right corner to access your Account Information, then highlight "Redownload". Select the content in the list of previously purchased titles and tap the orange icon to redownload. - Launch the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate game.
The content should be available for play.
- Check for any available software updates for the game.
- Open Nintendo eShop with the user that was originally used to purchase the DLC. Redownload the DLC that is missing from the game.
