Error Code: 2-ALZTA-0005 (including codes 8807, 999, or 992)
The information in this article can help you when you're unable to access Pokémon HOME on your Nintendo Switch and you receive the error codes 2-ALZTA-0005, 8807, 992, or 999.
What to do
- Please follow the instructions below:
- If you see error code 8807, delete the save data for Pokémon HOME on your Nintendo Switch, then launch it again to see if that resolves the error.
- This will not affect any Pokémon that you've deposited into Pokémon HOME.

- If you see error code 992, please update the application to the latest version (1.0.7 or later). This should resolve the problem.
- If you see error code 8807, delete the save data for Pokémon HOME on your Nintendo Switch, then launch it again to see if that resolves the error.
