    How to Manage Automatic Renewal Settings for A Pokémon HOME Premium Plan Subscription

    In this article, you'll learn how to cancel automatic renewal for a Pokémon Home Premium Plan subscription.

    Important:

    • Automatic renewal can only be cancelled through Nintendo eShop on a Nintendo Switch console if the Pokémon Home Premium Plan was initially purchased through Nintendo eShop. If you purchased a subscription through the App Store or the Google Play Store, your automatic renewal settings can only be adjusted through the in-app account settings on a mobile device.

    What to do

    Are you using your Nintendo Switch console or a mobile device?

    1. From the HOME Menu, open Nintendo eShop.
    2. Select the Nintendo Account that was used to purchase the subscription.
    3. Select your user icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
    4. Select Pass Settings to view a list of in-game passes you are subscribed to.
    5. Select Terminate Automatic Renewal next to Pokémon Home Premium Plan to terminate automatic renewal.
      • If “Terminate Automatic Renewal” is not available, then automatic renewal has not been set up or has already been terminated for this service.
      • If automatic renewal is turned off, it cannot be turned on again during the current subscription period. You can re-enable automatic renewal if you purchase another subscription after the current subscription ends.

    Do you have access to the Pokémon HOME application?

    1. Open the Pokémon HOME application.
    2. Tap the Menu icon at the bottom of the screen and select Options.
    3. Tap Account.
    4. Select Check Plan.
    5. Select Manage Plan Renewal.
      • If automatic renewal is turned off, it cannot be turned on again during the current subscription period. You can re-enable automatic renewal if you purchase another subscription after the current subscription ends.

    Are you using an Apple iOS device (iPhone, iPad, etc) or an Android device?

    You can change or cancel a subscription through the Settings menu of your iOS device. These steps may vary depending on your device and iOS version. For full steps on managing your iOS subscriptions, visit Apple's support.

    1. Open the Settings app on your device.
    2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
    3. Select the subscription for Pokémon HOME.
    4. Choose a different subscription option or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your Pokémon HOME Premium Plan.
      • If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use the Premium Plan for the time you've already paid.

    You can cancel your Pokémon HOME subscription through the Google Play Store on your mobile device. These steps may vary depending on your device and Android version. For full steps on managing your Google Play subscriptions, visit Google's support.

    1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
    2. Confirm you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
    3. Tap the Menu icon and select Subscriptions.
    4. Select Pokémon HOME.
    5. Tap Cancel subscription.
    6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
      • If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use the Premium Plan for the time you've already paid.
