Your product was manufactured under strict quality standards, as required by the regulations governing the manufacture of electronic devices.
After your product has been checked by our repair service and if the defect is not covered by the legal warranty or Nintendo's manufacturer guarantee - either because there is no proof of purchase, the product is too old or the damage is not covered by the warranty - you will receive a repair offer via email.
If you agree to the offer, you can send us the fee via PayPal, credit card or direct bank transfer. You can also decline the offer and choose to receive the product back as-is at no cost or have it properly disposed of by Nintendo.
