Nintendo eShop Receipt Email Did Not Arrive
The information in this article can help when you have not received the email receipt for your Nintendo eShop purchase.
Additional Information:
- Email receipts are only sent for purchases made with a Nintendo Account (Nintendo Switch, My Nintendo Store) or, before 27 March 2023, those made with a linked Nintendo Network ID (NNID).
Possible Solutions:
- Make sure you've waited long enough. Emails usually arrive within 1-2 hours.
- Check your spam/junk email folder to see if the email is there.
- Make sure there are no filters in your email account that may be blocking emails from @accounts.nintendo.com.
- Check your Nintendo Account User Information to verify the email address.
- The receipt will be sent to the email address associated with the Nintendo Account that was used to make the purchase.
You can also view your Nintendo Account purchase history and any promotional or bundled download codes included with your purchases online.
- Visit http://accounts.nintendo.com and sign in to your Nintendo Account.
- Select Purchase History.
- Select View history in the "Transaction History" section.
- Here you can view account activity dating back up to two years.
