• Please ensure that you confirmed your collection by clicking the link in the email sent to you after your raised the repair. If the collection was not confirmed it will not be arranged with UPS.
• If your collection has not taken place the next working day from when you confirmed your collection, and you have not been notified by UPS about an issue with the collection, please contact our Customer Support. If you are already using the contact form, please select “Contact Nintendo Support”.
• Please note that collections can take place up to 8pm.

• Please ensure that you confirmed your repair by clicking the link in the email sent to you after your raised the repair. If the repair was not confirmed your shipping label will not be sent.
• If you have received no emails regarding your repair, please arrange a new repair to confirm all of your details are correct.

• Please check that the drop-off point has 'Accepts Mobile Barcodes' listed in Additional Services on the UPS drop-off search.
• If the drop-off point says 'Accepts Mobile Barcodes', but they shop refused to take your parcel, please contact our Customer Support. If you are already using the contact form, please select “Contact Nintendo Support”.
• If the drop-off point does not accept Mobile Barcodes, please either print the label in your email or raise a new repair for collection.

• The UPS driver may have left a label to take the item to a drop-off point.
• If you wish to arrange another collection, please raise a new repair.

Please arrange a new repair and select the desired Shipping Method.

We are unable to amend the collection address. Please arrange a new repair with the correct address.
