Mode, Ring Fit Adventure includes ways for you to focus entirely on working out.
Choose
exercises that suit your goals and set reps, difficulty and strength to your liking. Train your way by
target specific areas of the body or going for an all-round workout to get into better shape.
From a menu of pre-made workouts,
select specific areas for thorough
training.
You can select the intensity, too.
Set up a custom workout combining your choice of up to 10 exercises from the 43
different Fit Skills and
12 different minigames. You can also select the number of reps
and level of difficulty.
