HR Administrator (Part Time - 22.5 hours per week)

Recognised in our sector by an extensive, reputable history and broad product range, Nintendo Australia currently has a vacancy for a HR Administrator to join the team on a part time basis (22.5 hours per week).

Reporting into the Human Resources Manager, this role is responsible for providing administrative support to Human Resources Department with the day-to-day administrative functions and activities.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Supporting the on-boarding and off-boarding process via Ascender.

  • Administration of the HR on-boarding and Induction process.

  • Coordinating the probation review process for new employees.

  • Maintaining and updating the Flexible Working Arrangements applications.

  • Conducting monthly medical certificate and gym membership checks.

  • Maintaining and distribution of Service Award records.

  • Maintaining and updating Elmo Performance and Training modules.

  • Coordinating annual flu shots for all NAL Employees when required.

  • Maintaining, filing and archiving of documents within the HR Department.

  • Assisting with other duties in the Human Resources team as required.

To succeed in the role, you will require:

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on time management and flexibility.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
