Unable to Sign In to Nintendo Account on Nintendo Applications for iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.)
The information in this article can help when you are unable to sign in to a Nintendo Account using an iOS device, such as an iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
Important: We have removed the ability to create or sign in to a Nintendo Account via Facebook, Google, Twitter, or Apple accounts from an iOS Nintendo app in compliance with iOS App Store review guidelines. It is only possible to sign in using your Nintendo Account e-mail address and password on an iOS Nintendo app.
In order to sign in to your Nintendo Account on a Nintendo mobile app (like Mario Kart Tour) when using an iOS device, you must use your Nintendo Account e-mail address and password. You may have set up these credentials when you initially created your Nintendo Account, but if you have previously only used an alternate sign-in method (Facebook, Google, Twitter, or Apple account), you can set your e-mail address and password through the Nintendo Account website on any internet browser.

If you are having trouble logging in with your e-mail address and password, follow our steps to reset your password.

Using an internet browser on your mobile device or other device, visit the Nintendo Account website.
Select your known sign-in method to log in to your Nintendo Account.
Select Edit next to "E-mail address" to view the e-mail address you have registered for your Nintendo Account.
If you wish to change your registered e-mail address, click Submit and enter the verification code that is sent to you via e-mail.
Click Sign-in and security settings and select Edit next to "Change password".
Select Forgot your password, then Submit to receive a verification code to set password.
After setting your password, we recommend setting up to secure your account.
Return to the application you're using on your iOS device and enter the e-mail address and password you have selected for your Nintendo Account.
