    I've forgotten the password for a child account. What should I do?

    Please follow these steps to change the password for a child account:

    1. Sign in to the guardian's Nintendo Account that manages the child account.
    2. Select "Family Group", then select the account you’ve forgotten the password for, followed by "Sign-In and Security Settings".
    3. Next, select "Edit" within the Password section.
    4. Enter a new password for the child's account.
