Your console and its accessories were manufactured under strict quality standards, as required by the regulations governing the manufacture of electronic devices.
After your product has been checked by our repair service and if the defect is not covered by the legal warranty or Nintendo's manufacturer guarantee - either because there is no proof of purchase, the product is too old or the damage is not covered by the warranty - you will receive a repair offer via email.
You then have the following options:
- If you accept the cost estimation, you can proceed with secure payment online (including VAT) by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or direct bank transfer.
- If you reject the cost estimation and choose to receive the item(s) without repair, you can proceed with the secure payment of €25.00 online (VAT included) by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or direct bank transfer. These fees cover the cost of the analysis and price estimate, administration and storage, and the delivery fee of the unrepaired item(s).
- If you decline the offer and ask to have the product properly disposed of by Nintendo, you will not be charged. Your product will not be returned, and you will not be compensated.
