No. Club Nintendo has been discontinued, and all related information (including username, e-mail address, and registration history) is not associated with the Nintendo Account system (including My Nintendo).

If you have not yet created a Nintendo Account, you can set up a new account using the same email address and password that you used for Club Nintendo. You can also create a Nintendo Account using your existing Nintendo Network ID or social media account log in information.
