What to Do:

1. Ensure your console has the latest system version.
   • If the console is already up to date, restart it by holding down the POWER Button for three seconds, then selecting "Power Options" > "Restart".
     • If the console does not respond, hold down the POWER Button for twelve seconds to force it to shut down, then power on the console again.
2. Update the controller firmware.
3. If the error code persists, try the following:
   • Reset the Joy-Con by pressing the SYNC Button once, then press any other button to power on the controller again.
   • Ensure that the IR Motion Camera on the Joy-Con (R) is not covered or obstructed.
     • If a skin or cover is being used, remove it temporarily.
   • Reduce the distance between the Joy-Con (R) and the Nintendo Switch console.
   • Move any metal objects or electronic devices away from your Nintendo Switch console.

Situation Not Resolved:

If the error persists, the Joy-Con (R) will need to be repaired.
