How to Charge the SEGA Mega Drive Control Pad

Note
- It takes approximately 3.5 hours to fully charge a SEGA Mega Drive Control Pad.
- Once the SEGA Mega Drive Control Pad is fully charged, the recharge LED beside the USB port will turn off.
- The SEGA Mega Drive Control Pad can also be charged by connecting it to a licensed accessory.

The SEGA Mega Drive Control Pad can be charged in the following ways:
While connected directly to the Nintendo Switch AC adapter.
Connect the Nintendo Switch AC adapter (model HAC-002) to the USB port at the top of the SEGA Mega Drive Control Pad, and then to a wall outlet.
While connected to the Nintendo Switch dock.
- Connect the Nintendo Switch AC adapter to the dock and then to a wall outlet.
- The Nintendo Switch console does not need to be placed in the dock in order to charge the SEGA Mega Drive Control Pad.
- Connect the USB charging cable to an available USB port on the dock, then to the USB port at the top of the SEGA Mega Drive Control Pad.
