SEGA Mega Drive Control Pad Does Not Respond Correctly

- Verify that you are using the SEGA Mega Drive Control Pad, model HAC-046. The model number can be found on the back of the controller.
- If a different accessory is being used, replacing it with the correct controller may resolve the problem.

- If you are using two SEGA Mega Drive Control Pads, only player one can navigate the game selection menu.
- Ensure that you have downloaded and installed any available software updates for SEGA Mega Drive – Nintendo Switch Online prior to starting a game from that library.
