    What to Do:

    1. Ensure your console has the latest system version.
      • If the console is already up to date, restart it by holding down the POWER Button for three seconds, then selecting "Power Options" > "Restart".
    2. Review our Network Status page for any noted outages.
      • If you find notice of maintenance or a service outage, please try again after services have returned to normal.

    Situation Not Resolved:

    If the error persists and there are no known outages, the Nintendo Switch console will need to come in for repair.
