Mii Channel: Sending Miis to Wii Friends
You can send your Mii to friends listed in your Address Book. Select the envelope icon on the right side of the screen, then choose the Mii you want to send by pointing at it and pressing the A and B button at the same time. Drag the Mii to the envelope icon and then select the Wii Friend you want to send your Mii to.
