Top Tips: Become a Ring Fit Adventure Boss!

Cut vibration and sound
with Silent Mode.

When you're worried about vibrations or sound, turn on Silent Mode to use knee bend exercises in place of steps for on-screen jogging.

Exercise anytime with Multitask Mode.

You can also exercise without starting up the game, using just the Ring-Con. Squeeze the Ring-Con and you'll get an audible confirmation as your reps are recorded, allowing you to obtain bonuses in the main adventure according to your Multitask Mode efforts.

An exercise load to suit every player.

Adjust the exercise load to best fit your personal strength and stamina. Players with greater exercise capabilities can choose higher settings, and those with less can choose a lower load. So all players can keep going every day, without fear of overstretching themselves.

Customise your character's appearance.

You can change your character's appearance by swapping out their top, bottoms and shoes. Such changes can affect attack ability, defence ability and other stats. You can also alter gender, skin tone and eye colour.

Learn correct form by following Tipp.

Tipp, your in-game coach, tells you the right movements to make as you play. You can check that your form is correct while you exercise.

Avoid overstretching yourself with Assist Mode.

Switch exercises to button controls if they might strain a specific area of your body, such as your knee, lower back, hip, stomach, etc. Assist Mode ensures as many players as possible can enjoy the game.

Make exercise your daily routine with the alarm feature.

At a time set by you, your Joy-Con will vibrate and the HOME Button will light up as your daily exercise reminder to help you establish a healthy routine.
