    How long will it take?

Depending on the type of service in or out of warranty, your repair might take up to 10 working days.

You can check the status of your repair by visiting track your repair.

    How much will it cost?

If your product issue is covered under our warranty, you won't pay a fee. Otherwise, repairs are considered out of warranty (and not covered) when:

    • Your product is no longer covered by the Nintendo warranty.
    • Your screen is broken.
    • Your product has other accidental damage or issues caused by unauthorised modifications.

A fee will be payable if your product issue isn’t covered.

If you refuse the cost estimation and want to get back your product not repaired, it will be free of charge.

Charges will be based on the repair price list, available here. (PDF, 480 kB)
