Error Message: "The Software Was Closed Because an Error Occurred" (Splatoon 2)
When selecting "Records" in the League Battle mode, the error message "The software was closed because an error occurred" appears, and the game closes.
What to Do:
- This issue was corrected in a game update. Please make sure your game is updated to ver 1.2.0 or later.
- This issue will not affect your records or save data. You can continue to play League battle and your records and rankings will still be retained.
- You can also view your records via SplatNet 2 in the Nintendo Switch Online App.
