How to Charge the NES Controllers
Important:
- The Nintendo Entertainment System™ controllers can be paired and used wirelessly with Nintendo Switch Lite.
- A Nintendo Switch console is required to charge the controllers.
Additional Information:
- It takes approximately 3½ hours to fully charge the NES Controllers.
- When fully charged, the battery life of the NES Controllers can extend to approximately 20 hours. This may vary depending on use.
- When NES controllers are attached to a Nintendo Switch console, the console will not fit in the dock with a LAN port. The NES controllers can be charged by connecting the AC adapter directly into the USB connector on the Nintendo Switch console, by using a dock without a LAN port, or by attaching them to a Nintendo Switch – OLED Model console and placing it in a dock with a LAN port.
Complete These Steps:
- Attach the NES Controllers to the Nintendo Switch console.
- Charge the console.
- The NES Controllers charging will be indicated by the battery & lightning bolt icon below each controller within HOME Menu > Controllers.
