Unable to Capture Screenshots
Description:
- You are unable to capture screenshots on the Nintendo Switch console.
- A message is displayed indicating that you must free up space in order to capture screenshots.
- There is no response when pressing the Capture Button.
Important: Some applications and/or software do not support screenshot captures. This is by design and will be clearly indicated by the on-screen message, "Unable to take a capture now."
Note: You may be unable to capture screenshots during certain parts of the Ring Fit Adventure and Super Mario 3D All-Stars games after your system version has been updated to 15.0.0. Thank you for your patience while we look into this issue.
