Your Joy-Con has been manufactured under strict quality standards, as required by the regulations governing the manufacture of electronic devices.

However, at some point during a product’s life cycle, some units may develop problems. If this is the case and your Joy-Con has a fault not covered in the previous sections, it will need to be evaluated by our technicians. This evaluation will determine whether the problem is a result of improper use and therefore whether it is covered by warranty.
