This error may caused by the following situations:

• You attempted to back up save data from one console, while uploading save data from a different console.
• The Internet connection was interrupted when the save data backup was started.

What to Do:

Attempt to back up your save data at a later time or the following day. This issue will usually be resolved within 24 hours.

If you are trying to back up save data from two different consoles, allow for the first save data backup to complete.
