Initial Settings
Preparation for Use
Alarmo constantly requires power from a household power source (outlet). Connect the USB cable included with Alarmo to a power-supply USB device purchased separately in the place you intend to place Alarmo, such as near your bed. Initial setup will begin when you connect.

Insert the included USB cable into the USB connector on the bottom of Alarmo.
Insert the other end of the USB Cable into an AC adapter connected to a power outlet.
Alarmo constantly requires power from a household power source (outlet). An AC adapter is not included, so please prepare a separate AC adapter (such as a power-supply USB device). The required specifications are as follows.
- There is a USB Type-A port
- There is 5 V / 1.5 A / 7.5 W or more output
You can also use the Nintendo USB AC Adapter [CLV-003] or the Nintendo Switch AC Adapter [HAC-002].
The Alarmo logo will be displayed on the screen and initial setup will begin. Please follow the instructions on the screen.
Initial Setup Overview
When you first connect it to power, initial setup will begin. Please follow the instructions on the screen and configure Alarmo in the location you will use it.
Initial setup takes up to five minutes.
You can view settings and reconfigure with Menu → "Help" → "Redo Initial Setup".

Alarmo's "sensor zone"
Alarmo has a motion sensor that checks for moving objects. The bed and surrounding area checked by the motion sensor is called the "sensor zone."
Set Alarmo to face the center of the bed, paying attention to the height, distance, and direction of the device.
