System automatically switches to Sleep Mode
Closing the Nintendo DSi activates a magnetic switch located near the Start and Select Buttons through the right speaker causing the system to go into Sleep Mode.
First make sure there are no magnets (e.g., from speaker cabinets) located near the Nintendo DSi and if necessary, move the Nintendo DSi to an area that is not affected by magnetic interference.
If this does not solve the problem, the Nintendo DSi will need to be returned to us for repair or replacement.
The exact cost of the repair can be found in the relevant repair price list, together with detailed information on the procedure for obtaining a repair.
