If you are under 18, please read these Terms and Conditions together with your parent or legal guardian
To participate in the promotion, you have to be at least 12 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, South Africa, or Russia.
To qualify you must have registered two products: (i) Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS (European version) and (ii) Super Smash Bros. for Wii U (European version) in Club Nintendo at www.club-nintendo.com before 23:59 (CET) on March 31st 2015. If you qualify before 23:59 (CET) on January 20th 2015, you can claim:
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS & Wii U: Premium Sound Selection CD;
Two free download codes – one for use on Nintendo 3DS, one for use on Wii U – for the additional character Mewtwo, to be released in spring 2015.
If you qualify from 00:00 (CET) on January 21st 2015 until 23:59 (CET) on March 31st 2015, you can claim:

Please note: the registration of eligible software which is distributed as a bundle with hardware also qualifies for participation in this promotion. You can find the Club Nintendo PIN code inside the packaging of Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U software (including software which is part of bundles). For the registration of a download version of the eligible game, the respective Nintendo eShop account of the Nintendo 3DS system or Nintendo Network ID used for the purchase on the Wii U console must be linked with a Club Nintendo account prior to the download or within 5 days after the download. To finish the registration, the product survey must be completed. Please note: it may take up to 24 hours for downloaded software to successfully display in Club Nintendo once your accounts are linked.
After you have registered both games in your Club Nintendo account, log in to Club Nintendo 48 hours later and click the Super Smash Bros. Promotion banner. The request of the soundtrack CD must be completed by 23:59 CET on January 27th 2015. The request for Mewtwo download codes must be made by 23:59 CET on April 7th 2015.
Dispatching of soundtrack CDs will begin in the first quarter of 2015; dispatching of Mewtwo download codes will begin in spring 2015. Download codes must be redeemed within one month of receipt. More information will be published on the Nintendo website in the future.
Registration in Club Nintendo is required. Club Nintendo Terms and Conditions apply. For the use of Nintendo eShop the acceptance of the network-related terms and privacy policy is required.
Each member of Club Nintendo can participate in this promotion only once. Product registrations for participation in this promotion can be combined with participation in the Nintendo 3DS Winter 2014 Bonus Game Promotion, but cannot be combined with other promotions, except as otherwise provided in the Terms and Conditions of such promotions.
